Born and raised in Massachusetts in small towns north of Boston. Being a 'native', I have been a  devoted Red Sox fan for more than half a century. They're in the cellar right now, but that's typical for the Sox. We never lose hope.

 

Attended public schools. After h.s. grad went to nursing school at Beth Israel hospital School of Nursing in Boston. Became a registered nurse in 1963 and went on to have a  very successful career as an RN that lasted more than 3 decades.
