Room Redesign is for anyone who wants to enjoy the space they live in!
I will help you achieve a pulled-together look that is warm, inviting and practical, while reflecting your own personality and lifestyle by using your own furnishings and accessories. I will give your home that designer look without a designer price tag and create the “WOW” factor you’ve always wanted!


Services Offered

Staging Consultation:
As the Calaveras market becomes more difficult for the average home seller, I would like to offer a special Staging Consultation for $125.
Our consultation will include:

Complete & thorough walk-through of your home with digital photos

Recommendations on furniture & accessory placement to create that “WOW” factor

Suggestions will include all budget ranges, with emphasis on using what you already have

A detailed analysis and written report highlighting and prioritizing the changes the homeowner should make to ready the home for sale -- from curb appeal to room-by-room assessment

My job is to help you impress the prospective buyer in the first few seconds upon entering the property - so they can visualize your home as their home!
Regular Fee: $250

One Room Staging:
You may only have one room that needs some extra attention.  Perhaps the idea of staging your entire house is overwhelming.  We can take that one room and turn it from “drab to fab”!  Furniture rental and moving large furniture is not available with this service.
Fee: $250

Open House Prep:
Buyers know within the first 30 seconds they are in a house if it is going to be their home.  We will arrive two to three hours before the open house begins and prepare your home to make that great first impression.
Fee: $150

Complete Staging:
This service is ideal for Homeowner's who are unable to Stage their house themselves due to a short timeframe or other constraints.  I will look carefully at the character of the home, the general demographics of buyers and current trends in interior design to transform your home into showcase condition, both inside and out. 

I can use your own accessories, use ours, purchase new or rent – whatever your budget permits to achieve the desired effect.

I will do a complete & thorough walk-through of your home’s interior and exterior, take digital photos, and measurements to get a feel for what is needed to have the house properly Staged.

I will use your existing decor and furnishings, and/or bring in furnishings and accessories from our large inventory if needed.

I will organize and declutter trouble areas, as well as move or arrange for the storage of unnecessary items.

I will carry out the work needed to get your home ready for sale by transforming it to show at its very best. Our staging work involves the re-arranging and editing furniture, accessories and artwork to create a fabulous first impression.

I can also recommend reputable contractors for areas such as: Cleaning, Electrical, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs.

Fee: Free bids are available for the complete Staging of your home.

This requires approximately a 45-minute visit to your home to review your home inside and out. At this time you will be provided with a written flat-fee bid for home staging. With your permission photos will be taken for “before” pictures, that you may use when marketing your home. Each situation is unique. Free bid is provided in person. Typical range: $1,500 to $50,000.

Room Redesign:
This involves the careful and strategic placement of your furniture and accessories in order to create and maximize focal points in your house and to create continuous flow and movement between rooms. Do you need a quick fix to make your house presentable on short notice? Give me a call! I also do outdoor living spaces.
$75/hr

Down-sizing/Move-in Staging:
If you're planning to move to a smaller home or to a retirement community, I can ease the transition to your new life. My staging services can help you:

Decide what to bring with you.

Arrange for donation, sale or storage of things you don't need.

Pack and prepare for the move.

Create a paint color plan to make your new home attractive and inviting.

Arrange your belongings in your new home for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
Fee: $75/hr

Personal Shopping for Your Home:
Don’t have time to shop? Don’t like to shop? Have trouble choosing colors or patterns? Don’t know where to shop for the best items at the most affordable prices to make your house a home?
Fee: $25/hour

 

Special Event Staging: I can work with you on your next Open House Wine & Cheese tastings with Art & Music.
